1. Agency Scope & Onboarding
Prisha Service & Solutions provides digital B2B agency services including custom web development, graphic/brand design, Google Business Profile (GBP) local visibility setups, and Google Sheets-to-WhatsApp automation integrations. Service delivery begins only after account registration, project parameters outline, and clearing of initial milestone retainer payments.
2. B2B Billing & Government MSME Status
We are a Govt. Registered MSME based in Vile Parle, Mumbai (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-MH-18-0497703). Billing processes and client invoices are subjected to standard 18% GST rules where applicable under tax registration tags. Milestones are structured as a 50% advance deposit and 50% upon deployment approval.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership rights of all custom design assets, website directories, database schemas, and custom Google Apps Script automation builds are transferred entirely to the client upon receipt of 100% invoice payment clearance. Prisha Service & Solutions retains rights to display screenshots and project outlines in promotional showcases.
4. Post-Deployment Hypercare & Support
Basic and Business setups include a 30-day hypercare warranty support period (commencing from launch day) covering codebase bugs and minor layout/text adjustments. Premium customized CRM databases, multi-platform integrations, and Apps Script automations include a 60-day hypercare support window.
5. API Subscriptions & Third-Party Service Limits
The client is solely responsible for establishing accounts and covering recurring costs of third-party APIs, domains, WhatsApp Business API Cloud accounts, maps APIs, and third-party hosting packages, unless these items are explicitly bundled within a Premium monthly retainer plan.
6. Disclaimer of Liabilities
Prisha Service & Solutions is not liable for business downtime, sales losses, search engine ranking changes, or third-party service updates (such as alterations to Google Sheets or WhatsApp API endpoints) that temporarily disrupt automation workflows.
